Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier service.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Moneyrisker is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
